I’m probably very ignorant on the subject, but to me ‘Not being beaten up because of what I am’ doesn’t seem like a privilege. It seems like a right that you are (wrongly) being denied.

Sometimes, I feel like life isn’t worth living.
Sometimes, I wonder why everything about my life feels wrong.
I know I don’t understand what any of you are going through to be who you are.
I just want to say, because I know there are lots of people out there going through what they’re going through, it helps me get the strength to go through it with them.

We’re not all that bad. Sure, not all of us will completely understand. I mean, I’m going to admit that I don’t understand entirely and I’m not going to pretend that I do. But that doesn’t mean I’m not willing to learn more or not willing to try and help in some way. Not all of us hate you or want to make fun of you. Some of us just genuinely don’t understand and never mean to cause upset. Thank you.
